He has worked with senior bankers on several high profile transactions, across industry sectors, to identify and execute outsourced financial analysis projects. He is an expert in investment banking research and analysis and trains several Wall Street firms and business schools in financial modeling and corporate finance. Thej’s deal experience spans across M&A, financing, investment and restructuring transactions.
Thej has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mysore, India. He received an MBA with concentrations in finance, strategy and global business from NYU’s Stern School of Business, where he graduated with distinction and was designated as a Stern Scholar. He is a CFA charterholder.

Sriharsha N Nagaraj
Co-FounderBusiness leader, entrepreneur, business coach, investor, and non-executive director. Providing solutions through strategic analysis in critical areas of business like financial growth, strategy, IT systems implementation, and organisational change is what I do.
The primary purpose of my work is to drive business potential resulting in growth and cost reduction, including fundraising, within the not-for-profit sector, while operating in a complex stakeholder environment.
Aside from being internationally experienced and culturally aware, I’ve conceptualised and developed many start-ups, and I’m good at building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding results.
I’m Responsible as Head of Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing to create value based solutions focusing on ROI to the clients.
Also, I’m responsible for helping B2B owners save thousands in outsourced work and delegated tasks to remote assistants. Our team works directly with founders to help them optimise their systems and workflow to bring in more revenue while doing a fraction of the tasks and eventually removing themselves from the day-to-day of the business.
